Shipping costs are not included as they will be added to the total amount once all the products are in the shopping cart.
- Iberian Peninsula: €7.50
- Balearic Isles: €10
- Canary Islands and Melilla: €15
- Ceuta: €25
Depending upon the volume of the order, shipping costs might be increased.
CANCELLATION REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER
Orders at Let’s Doodle Too can be cancelled within 12 hours after placing the order.
Should you wish to cancel the order, please send us an email at: email@example.com. Provide your name, order number reference and the amount payed, and it will be consequently refunded.
CANCELLATION REQUESTED BY LET’S DOODLE TOO
If Let’s Doodle Too cannot carry out the production of your item due to poor quality of the images, you will be contacted within 48 hours after placing the order. In the event that the order can be rectified, you will be asked to send us new drawings with better quality and following our instructions. If we receive this file within 24 hours, we will carry on with the production process, otherwise you will be refunded.
Delivery times start counting from the receipt of the required quality file in order to carry out the production process.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Let’s Doodle Too’s customised products do no permit changes or refunds due to design flaws once the mockup design has been approved by the costumer. Refund and exchanges are only allowed if there are manufacturing flaws, in which case the customer can decide if he or she wants to be sent a new customised product or to be refunded.
The exchange and return period for manufacturing flaws is 15 days. In this case, shipping costs are free for the customer.
Steps to change or return a product
Please, contact us to arrange the collection of the product. It has to be under perfect conditions, without any trace of use and in its original package, including tag and case. Please pack it with care so it reaches us in good conditions.
Once we have received and checked the item, we will proceed with the production and shipping of a new customised product or, if the customer prefers it, we will refund the amount in accordance with the payment method.
If you paid with a credit card, Paypal or used a voucher, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method. If you paid via bank transfer, you will be asked to provide us your bank account number in order to credit the amount.
You will be refunded within five working days after we have received the returned product*. You will be notified via email once it is received and processed.
*Please, bear in mind that if you paid with a credit card, it is very likely that it is not shown in your balance after one month.
